Yes, algorithms find the mean content and serve up safe variations of it to maximize broad appeal. But how is this compatible with the tearing of the Overton window, and the generally accepted political echo chambers we so often lament? Is this hurried and disorganized political blebbing a reaction or to the sameness of everything else we are allowed to choose in life?
